We have received several Did Not Finds in a row. We will check the cache in the second week of July This cache is close to the location where team SABAgeo likes to spend its vacation. It is also the starting point for a nice walk through the forest to Les Eyzies, the capital of prehistoric France. If you follow the red/white GR 36 markings, you end up at the Les Eyzies train station after a beautiful walk of about 4 km.
Coming from Les Eyzies, take the D706 to Montignac. Near Les Cugnes, follow the sign towards 'Les Sables'. Go right at the fork in the road. Parking is available near the cache location. There is NO need to enter private grounds to get to the cache. No digging is required. The container is a 500ml plastic tub, initially containing: - A small deck of cards - A ladybug on wheels - A lock and key set - A shiny bear - A red pencil and of course, the log book.
