Blue Springs puts a lot of time
and effort in making it's city a great place to live, work and
Visit. One of the ways of doing this is with public art. Most of us
work, walk, live or drive by public art every day and never take
the time to really look at it. Well, here is your chance to change
all that, take a moment to study, examine and get up close to a
piece of public art.
This park has not one but
4 types of public art for you to admire and drool over! This park
has been a favorite of our family for years. When the children were
small we would grab an ice cream and listen to the free bands play
on the weekends during the summer. As they grew older their Cub
Scouts and Soccer groups would meet in the shelter for picnics.
Even older they grew their ROTC and Debate clubs would meet for the
back to school and end of school picnics.
We hope you enjoy this park as much as we do. Please
be aware two other caches have been placed in this park and have
been muggled to death. Use stealth, hide cache well. If we all
cover our tracks we can make sure this one last for a long ,long
time.
