A puzzle cache hidden along the Compounce Cascade trail which follows the Cuss Gutter brook upstream to the Compounce Ridge trail.
There is nothing at the above posted coordinates other than parking. I've been hiking this section for almost 25 years and I have never had any problems parking here, just have your vehicle well off the road and I always put a "Hiking the Blue Trail" note on my dashboard for good measure.
To find this cache you must solve this little puzzle to obtain the coordinates for the actual cache location.

The cache is a small camoflauged lock and lock box with a logbook, a couple pens and some nice tradeables.
Please trade equal or trade up or not at all. Search carefully and responsibly, rehide well and good luck!
Consider making it a full day and finding the other caches along the Compounce Cascade trail and the Compounce Ridge/ Tunxis Mainline Trail, North /South. There are also a few caches on the feeder trails to the Tunxis along the way.
