The Sister Islands (Søsterøyene) are two islands that are named Northern and Southern Sister (Nordre og Søndre Søster). The islands have a volcanic history, createing a very different rock type than what is seen otherwise in the Southern part of Norway.
The Sister Islands are part of the Ytre Hvaler og Kosterhavet National Park
