You're looking for a magnetic 35mm film container
At this location, you'll find a really neat eye-catching mural. The picture used to be a fire truck, but has since been repainted to this wonderful scene.
Super-stealth may be required to retrieve/replace this urban cache. Luckily though, you can pull up and park right beside it.
