Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in one of South Beloit's best kept secrets - Sand Park! This Park had been closed for the last 2 years due to the extreame rainfall we had in 2008. The entire area was completly under water and the city closed the park for safety reasons . It finally reopened Memorial Day Weekend and we couldn't be happier. The park still shows effects of the flooding and will probably take a few years to get back to its orignal beauty.

The park and lake can get pretty active so use caution and be on the look out for muggles!
