Congratulations to Sagefemme on 1000 caches found! This golden ammo can in Ellison Wetlands celebrates that achievement.
Sagefemme and JAKKTeam have run into each other several times on the hunt, mostly as part of the 'day 2 crew' at AYTE and WTH challenge caches. We have also searched for caches together numerous times and it's always a pleasure. She'll face most any challenge, scaling cliffs, navigating through swamps, climbing trees and has loads of fun throughout.
Sagefemme - wilderness guide, geocacher, politician: enjoy your achievement, hope to meet up with you on the trails many more times! Don't worry we did not put this ammo can in any swamp, or up any tree or on the side of a cliff.
This is not far from a trail. Be careful, there is a bit of poison ivy in the area. Tried to avoid it while still finding a hiding spot. Difficulty is at 2 only because the accuracy was not good, 58 feet at best. But hey, it's a gold colored ammo can in an open woods!
Sagefemme was given the coordinates to this cache in advance - FTF - and the FTF prize was a mini survival kit in keeping with the wilderness guide angle!
