Hi everyone I'm Richard from Laura's Boys. Laura was my mother. She loved to go geocaching and hiking with Me as well as Jordan and Jada (her grandchildren). She loved caching so much that when she was sitting in the hospital bed basically dying she told me to bring my laptop so we could see if there were any caches by the hospital. There was one right on the grounds of the hospital that she made me go and get so she could have one last find. Then she spent a good while telling one of her nurses all about geocaching and how fun it is. We wanted the first cache that we placed to be in her honor because we never got to place one when she was alive. We placed it at her favorite part of her favorite trail at First Landing State Park. All though my brother Steve and I (Laura's Boys) have hidden other caches, this one will always be my favorite. She is greatly missed and will be remembered always.
