Geocache Description:

This cache is located at Granite Bay Community Park along a cement walking path that winds around the perimeter of the park. You will be seen by traffic, but if you bring your camera or "inspection" tools no one will look at you twice!

If you spend any time in Granite Bay you will notice many people have license plate borders with this cache's name written on it, they see it as a sort of status symbol. My family has lived in the region since at least the early 1900s and the Granite Bay area since the 50s, so to many of my family members the saying just points out the "newcomers". Granite Bay sure isn't what it used to be, but it still is sure a nice place to live and cache! Good luck and have fun!
