I reworked this one to be a little more inviting to those who
don't like the residential caches. I hope that this will become a
trackables hotel of sorts and for a chance to meet other cachers.
The coords take you to a key holder that contains the combination
to the lock box which is located under the big bush by the fence in
the front of my drive. Inside there's a container for
non-trackables such as pathtags, etc. Everything else is fair game
for trading or taking. Please be fair when trading. Don't forget to
sign the log, note your hometown and feel free to write something
about yourself. It's fun for us to see where all the cachers are
coming from! Also if we are home, feel free to knock on the door
and say hi! 
If it's dark please come back when it's light out so as to
not scare my family or the neighbors. Thanks for your consideration
