I Couldn't Resist! Mystery Cache

I really wasn't going to create anymore code caches for a while. Then RACnLA published "You'll have to be Good or Lucky". While reseaching possible solutions for that puzzle, my interest in code caches was recharged. I couldn't resist using colors for this hide as well.
This code is straight forward using simple substitution. The only impedance you will encounter is in finding the correct color key to plug into this code. Once you've done that, this is a park and grab micro.
