A relatively straightforward cache accessible within a short walk of the car parks at Ardentinny beach. The walled garden has now fallen from use, is easily accessible from the paths. Depending on how you approach the cache you may need to circle. Altitude was reading as 31m. There shouldn't be too many people about at this location since it is slightly away from the car park.
** Cache has been relocated to the other side of the walled garden while the original location is out of bounds **
** You do not need to cross the taped off area while the wall is being surveyed **
Container is a straightforward click and lock "tupperware" container with a few little goodies possible more suited to younger ones. No heroics are required to find the container, but it is not quite in plain sight unless you stand next to it.
There is a notebook and pen contained ready for finders to leave a note.
The undergrowth should be easy provided you are wearing trousers of some kind, would not recommend shorts for kids unless they are careful.
There is a beautiful sandy beach right next to the walled garden with forestry commission supplied benches toilets etc. Enjoy the stunning views.
