Geocache Description:

Mount Belknap is one of the many impressive peaks in the Tushar Mountains at 12,139 feet. Just a few feet lower than the highpoint of Delano Peak, but a much different experience to climb compared to the beautiful green flowery slopes of Delano. Belknap is very rocky and a bit of a more difficult climb. While going to Little Belknap I came tagged along with a group of Boy Scouts from Beaver and they were on their way up to the summit of Belknap and tagged along. The views are amazing. It will bring tears to your eyes so bring a tissue.

There are some old walled remnant ruins of an old heliograph station on top. I don’t know the history of this, but if anyone has any insight I would love to hear it.
There is also a benchmark alert if you are into that.

**Preliminary reports from A & J - Adrift say that the cache may be 50 feet off. If someone grab a better waypoint it would be appreciated.
