LAGRAC’S HOME AWAY FROM HOME 10K CACHE

This is a tribute cache going out to LAGRAC for reaching an unthinkable 10,000 Geocache finds! Normally milestone caches are placed near the cacher’s home. NE Iowa seems to be a home away from home for LAGRAC.

LAGRAC  has done a lot for the Geocaching community. He always has time to lend a hand to cachers that may need help with ideas and thinking power.

Here is a look at some of the impressive numbers put up by LAGRAC at the time of this cache placement.

LAGRAC

-         -  Has found 10,000 Geocaches in 5 years!!

-        -  Found his first cache “Tunnel Along The Bike Trail” (GCF791) near Lanesboro, Minnesota on April 23, 2005 and left an eraser. Drop what you got, right LAGRAC!!

-         -  Has found caches in 16 States.

-         -  Has found a cache in every county in the states of Iowa and Wisconsin.

-        -  Has found over 4,000 caches in the last year!

-        -  Is a “Yoda” of Earthcaches with over 400 Earthcache finds and 22 Earthcache placements.

-         - Has filled the Difficulty / Terrain chart.

-         -  Has placed 152 caches for others to find.

-         -  Could have traveled around the world more than 6 times if he didn’t spend all his time geocaching!

LAGRAC is also a friend to countless geocachers and even ends up being tech. support for some of us.

THANK YOU LAGRAC for all you do for Geocaching. Congratulations on 10,000 finds!!

When logging this cache, it would be great if you could share a story you might have that includes  LAGRAC or a story about finding a geocache of his.

Thanks to J.S.K. for giving up an Ammo can for this hide!!!
