[RO] :Casa de Cultura a Sindicatelor, unul dintre cele mai noi
si elegante edificii din perimetrul orasului Constanta, a fost
realizata intre anii 1976 si 1983, dupa proiectul arhitectului
K.Ghengiomer. Dispune de doua sali de spectacole, care pot fi
folosite si pentru alte destinatii (sedinte, festivitati, intalniri
de afaceri etc). Edificiul reprezinta o imbinare armonioasa intre
liniile indraznete ale arhitecturii contemporane si elemente ale
artei constructiilor romanesti traditionale. Balconul suspendat pe
coloane, aminteste de pridvorul brancovenesc.Aspectul general este
completat cu esplanada, placata cu travertin si marmura, pe care se
ridica monumentul eroilor independentei.
Monumentul eroilor din razboiul de independenta, situat pe
esplanada Casei de Cultura este inaltat pe un amplu platou de
mozaic cu borduri de marmura.Grupul statuar din bronz, reprezinta
un dorobant la atac si un ofiter cu drapelul intr-o mana si cu
sabia in cealalta mana, indemnand soldatul la lupta. Pe partea
superioara a soclului, de forma paralelipipedica, sunt gravate
numele localitatilor: Pleva, Grivita, Rahova si Smardan.
In spatele grupului statuar se inalta o coloana placata cu
marmura alba, mergand parca spre infinit, avand pe doua laturi
turnata inscriptia "1877-1977", iar pe celelalte doua laturi doi
delfini - insemnul emblematic al pamantului romanesc dintre Dunare
si Mare. Monumentul este opera sculptorului Marius Butunoiu si a
fost amplasata aici in anul 1985.
Parcul Casei de Cultura, situat pe partea nordica a acesteia, a
fost amenajat incepand cu anul 1985, surprinzand un spatiu amplu in
care au fost plantate specii ornamentale valoroase.
[EN] : Cultural Unions, one of the newest and most elegant
buildings of Constanta, was conducted between 1976 and 1983 by
architect K. Ghengiomer. It has two show halls, which can be used
for other destinations (sessions, festivals, business meetings,
etc.). The building is a harmonious blend between the bold lines of
contemporary architecture and construction elements of traditional
Romanian art. The general look is completed with the esplanade,
covered with travertine and marble, on which rises The Independence
Heroes`s Monument .
The memorial to the heroes of the independence war, situated on
the esplanade of the House of Culture is built on a broad mosaic
plateau with marble edges . The bronze statuary group , represents
a Dorobant soldier attacking and an officer with the flag in one
hand and sword in the other , prompting the soldier to fight. On
top of the pedestal, is engraved the names of : Pleva, Grivita
Rahova and Smardan.
Behind the statue, rises a column covered with white marble,
like going to infinity and on two sides of it is cast the
inscription 1877-1977 and the other two sides, two dolphins -
iconic symbol of the Romanian land between the Danube and the Sea.
The monument is the work of sculptor Marius Butunoiu and was placed
here in 1985.
The parc of the House of Culture, located on the northern part
of it has been arranged since 1985, surprising an ample space in
which valuable ornamental species were planted.
