This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

This cache is not at the posted coordinates, but it is within a mile. Do not attempt to go to the posted coordinates, you'll most likely die. Solve the puzzle on the cache page to determine the coordinates of the cache.

"The information needed to solve the puzzle must be available to the general caching community and the puzzle should be solvable from the information provided on the cache page." ~Geocaching.com

I've had this idea for a puzzle cache for a while, and wanted to make it my first puzzle. The puzzle can be as simple as you make it. I suspect some will solve the puzzle fairly quickly, and for others it will take ages.

Many puzzles have "Aha!" moments. Some puzzles have "Aha!" moments as to when you figure out what the puzzle actually is. In this case, those two moments are the same moment. (I could have made this puzzle a LOT harder.) But I chose not to. The puzzle is one that everyone can solve, regardless of whether or not you're in the ACA, or in High School.

To go along with this puzzle, I of course needed to hide a cache. But when I hide a cache, the hide is often so clever that I just make it a Traditional hide so as to have as many people as possible look for it! This cache is no exception. It is well hidden, and not just another "You solved my puzzle, so the cache is an easy find under a lamppost."

The difficulty of this cache is based on the puzzle AND the hide. The cache is visible from the north, but only obtainable from the south.

One last thing. I could not think of a name for this cache. In your log, suggest what you think I should name it! (But don't forget to put some substance into your log too!)
