This cache is located just off the walking trail of a man-made drainage canal. You will have to cross the canal from the parking coordinates to get to the cache. Extreme stealth is required as many people exercise in this area. Parking coordinates are N 29 53.557, W 095 38.290. Note: You cannot access this cache from Inverary Drive.
Crossing the canal can be tricky. The slope is fairly steep and the grass can be slippery. Use caution. This is why we gave it a terrain difficulty of 2.5. Normally, the water level is about 1-2 inches deep. After heavy rains, the cache may not be accessible. You are looking for a well camouflaged container. This is a great place to bring your pooch, so ask Rover to come along. Please be sure to place the cache exactly as you found it.
