Along the Red Trail at the Rock Ridge Picnic area in Rocks State Park. Park in the rear of the upper parking lot to find the trail.
There is a service charge per person on weekends, per car on weekdays. ($2/MD resident; $3 out-of-state) Seniors and children in car seats are free.
