Hidden near the river close to Ynystawe Park where the Geokids can enjoy playing football, basketball, skateboarding or the swings after finding the cache.
Can be easily reached as a quick detour from Cycle Route 43.
Please take care with geokids as the River Tawe is close by.
Parking available at Ynysawe Park or at junction of Garth Road and Park Road close to another cache.
Path is uneven and bumpy but probably negotiable with a pushchair.
If you visit Ynystawe Park take time to see the monument to Hopcyn ap Tomos (1330-1408). The plaque is a little overgrown but explains about this wealthy landowner who was an extremely knowledgable man with an interest in prophecy. He was called to assist Owain Glyndwr to predict what would happen in the battle between the Welsh and the English.
