For those of you that have a little trouble getting up and out caching, the Little Blue Pill may be perfect for you. For some cachers it may be a little harder than others
Discuss your general health status with your doctor to ensure that you are healthy enough to engage in caching activities. If you experience chest pain, nausea, or any other discomforts while caching, seek immediate medical help.
In the rare event of a cache taking more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help.
If you reach a cache too fast, the Little Blue Pill can't help. Ask your doctor about something else that might help.
