This cache is located near to the Toompea Castle and the Snelli pond. This is very nice place to walk around. You'll need to climb a little bit.
The container is a plane box from metal. There are a logbook and a pen inside. You must look about 2 meters up (altitude) and about 2 meters from 2 arcs in the wall. Opposite this place you can see a bridge. Be sure, that no one can see you.
