This cache was placed by a group of friends (and geocachers) from Brandon University on an annual retreat to Victoria Beach. FTF prize is a "bakery fund" that could be used to purchase a famed pecan loaf or dream cookies from the bakery. There are also a number of trading items to be swapped.
Victoria Beach is restricted to vehicles from mid June to Labor Day and you will need to pay for parking if you are searching during the summer months. The Victoria Beach path entrance is off 8th Avenue and the coordinates are listed in additional waypoints.
