I'm hidden under a big rock overlooking the city.
Well, if you haven't figured it out yet, the water is probably right behind you as you look out over the wonderful city of Reno. This is our desert water. Following the maintenance road from the cul-de-sac will get you right there. A real easy walk. If you decide to trek from Las Brisas or are coming from other caches hidden above in the foothills, there is the odd dirt path that comes close to the 'water', but not directly to the cache.
To fool the muggles, once you find the ammo can, face the view of the city like your enjoying it in which you probably will, it really is a great view.
