Geocache Description:

This cache is located off Lazy River Lane, at the back gate of Blackberry Mountain. It is not located within the private property of River's Edge or Blackberry Mountain. You are looking for a rubbermaid container and there is lots of fun swag for the kids.

This cache was inspired by Mrs. Rollins. After a fun day kayaking the Cartecay River we were heading to do some geocaching but accidentally left the GPS on the back bumper of the truck as we headed through Blackberry Mountain. After frantic searching, driving back and forth searching the sides of the road and calling around to see if we could buy another nearby - because we can't go too long without geocaching - we got a call from the front office that Mrs. Rollins had found this strange yellow gadget in the middle of the road. She didn't know what it was but said it looked like it may be important to someone. We gave her a call and she let us come and pick it up and showed us her beautiful view of the Cartecay river from her back deck.
Her act of kindness inspired us to pass it on - we found and returned a paddle to one of the local outfitters and are continuing to look for opportunities for random acts of kindness.
We hope you are inspired also. If you feel inclined, include an example of how you passed it on also when you log your find.
Here's to you, Mrs. Rollins!
