To be honest, this wasn't my first choice location for this undeveloped land, and my kids tried talking me into a different location. And to add to all this, I'm contemplating another hide on the other side of this "development".
As with MANY geocaches, your approach makes a HUGE difference... the hide itself isn't earthshattering, a cammo'd pill bottle snuggled up with those leafy things that grow tall...
Do yourself a favor and park behind a big warehouse that doesn't have much going on... your bushwacking will be minimal, 3 out of 4 seasons there are ticks.
"Hidden" nearby you will probably pass by broken up stone signs for Georgia Boot that used to be nearby. The former factory is now a church and Comcast office. Kind of a shame they just dumped the signs in the woods like this.

Longview is slated to be commercial development. These tracts of land will someday become "something"... for now, it's just land.
Times are tough, the economy still sputters... eventually things will turn around and demand will increase for commercial developments. I suspect we'll be waiting a while for this development to truly get going.
