The sixth cache in a series of 7 caches placed along the Manawatu Riverside Walkway & Bridle Track. Inside the lid of each cache, and inside the back cover of the log books, is part of the co-ordinates to the final cache in this series.
Experience the ever-changing views of the Manawatu River and its surrounds by following the track alongside the River from Riverside Drive, off Te Matai Road to Maxwell’s Line (approx 9.8km). There are various car parks and access points along the track. The Bridle Track is mostly flat to mildly contoured and is gravel, some tracks have been tar sealed.
This small cache is located on a small section of the walkway, right on the banks of the river. Contains a log book and pencil only. Can be muggle intensive on nice days so stealth will be required.
