Geocache Description:

This cache location provides one of the best panoramic views of the core of the hills that I've ever been to. Unfortunately part of the reason the view is so great is because the trees burned down in the Battle Creek Fire.

You will NEED A HIGH CLEARANCE VEHICLE to get in the vicinity. The final approach involves a fairly short but strenuous hike. The ground is rocky, there are a lot of downed trees, and you'll probably want to wear pants or your legs will get ripped to shreds by the thistles. Also, this is National Forest land but (assuming you approach from the direction I did) you'll have to cross a cattle fence.

There are multiple ways to get into the area but I'm not giving directions because that is part of the challenge of this cache. I'd be interested to know the path you take to get there. So, if this is the first time you are reading this don't look at the logs.
