Geocache Description:

This small, new bridge is located on the trail that now officially creates connection from Talus to West Tibbetts Creek Trail.

It's a micro, so remember to Bring Your Own Pencil!

The nearby trailhead on the Talus side is a great starting point for exploring the east side of Cougar Mountain with a nice 2 mile round-trip along Bear Ridge Trail. Plenty of parking should be available at the parking coordinates.

Towards the trailhead, you will pass through the new neighborhood “The Bridges at Talus”.

The cache is placed within the boundaries of Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park and while there’s no gate, access should be kept between 8am and dusk. There’s absolutely no need to leave the trail and no special acrobatics are required to retrieve the cache.

Area is well covered by Green Trails Maps #203S and Switchbacks Northwest Trails map.

** Congratulations to kc0n for being the first finder **
