This cache is placed near Karasu Ohashi Bridge. There are three stone traffic signposts and one stone lighting post which were moved to here and are saved.
These objects were placed along Karasu Kaido Road which diverges from Ise Kaido Road and goes to Karasu Shrine. In Edo Period, it was a common practice that a pilgrim who went to Ise Jingu Shrine also visited to this temple on his or her way. Today there are several historical objects remain along the road.

キャッシュは香良洲大橋の北詰付近にあります。この場所には一つの常夜灯と3つの道標が移設され、保存されています。
この道標は香良洲街道沿いにあったものです。香良洲街道は伊勢街道から分岐して香良洲神社に続く道で、江戸時代には伊勢参りをする旅人は香良洲神社にも立ち寄って参拝する慣わしになっていました。現在も街道沿いには歴史的遺構が残っています。
