If you have already found or
looked up "The Rutland Alphabet Caches - A" then you will find that
the rules have now been changed. We have been advised that this
type of cache (the curse of the first to find) is not being allowed
any more because cachers should be able to be the FTF without being
pressurised into publishing a cache themselves.
This is now the suggestion
for the rest of the series - Lazy Lumps and Crafty Foxes will
between them publish The Rutland Alphabet Caches B to Z but if
other cachers would like to take part voluntarily (whether or not
they are the FTF) then please would they email Lazy Lumps to notify
that they are prepared to do this.
The Rutland Alphabet Caches
- B
The cache is located on a track, off the road, as you go into
the village. Please park carefully as the roads in the village are
very narrow. The cache is a regular clip lock plastic box in a camo
bag. The contents of the box all start with the initial letter B.
When placing the box it contained:
A key ring bear with the letter B - for the FTF
A bag of ballons - please take just one or two
A box of butterflies - please take just one
Several bouncy balls - please take just one
A magnetic B
Some bracelets - please take just one
A smiley face badge
A biro to sign the log - please leave
Hope you enjoy the cache.
If you wish to place a cache in the series, please contact Lazy
Lumps to to obtain a letter to avoid duplication within the
series.
