Geocache Description:

The co-ordinates above are for the start point with parking along the same stretch of road.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF APPROACHING FROM ASHFORD BY CAR.YOU MAY BE BETTER OFF APPROACHING FROM THE MAIDSTONE DIRECTION.THERE ISNT MUCH ROOM TO SAFELY CROSS THE DUEL CARRADGE WAY.

A Mouse took a walk through the deep dark woods.......

The Gruffalo supposedly lives in these woods! If your not familar with the story of the gruffalo have a look on youtube.I may add a link of my own in the future.

The tour is a bit random but an enjoyable walk none the less.

Once at the start point take a note of the KWT phone number on the gate post.Use the numbers to work out the following....

N 51 09 91(7th number + 8th number)
E 000 51 (2nd number) 2 (11th number)

This will take you to the location of Mr Mouse.

Mr. Mouse will give you the co-ordinates to Mr.Fox.
Mr Fox will give you the co-ordinates to Mrs Owl.
Mrs Owl will give you the co-ordinates to Mr. Snake.
Mr. Snake will give you the co-ordinates to THE GRUFFALO (Final).

The co-ordinates are hidden in the usual 35mm film pods.
You may have problems with weak GPS signals under the tree canopy ,so you may have to look hard.

The final Cache is a Large camouflaged Plastic container.Plenty big enough for some large Travel Bugs and swaps.

If you follow the path after finding the final cache you enter the warren.Why not try some of the other three caches in the warren?
