This location is near a church in downtown Bellevue. Every day, I hear the bells ring out on the hour.

This is a log only cache, so bring your own pen. There is no room for any swag. This location has a high level of muggle activity, so please be discrete. The log will get wet if you are not careful about how you replace the cache. Think about which way is up based on how water might get to the log.
The cache is not on private property, so please don't disturb the nearby landscaping. You can reach this cache from the sidewalk.
Note about the name of the cache: Its a double pun. Part of it relates to the location, part of it is a tip of the hat to someone who placed a cache nearby 'GC2CTN3'.
