Caching Through The Cornfields: Flower-Power Traditional Cache

"Caching Through The Cornfields", oh what fun! While heading out to Shorewood one day, we decided to check out some of the backroads. While cruising the backroads we came across some interesting little spots. We thought, "Hey it would be fun to place some caches around here". Fun and family friendly caches for eveyone to enjoy! So this is the first cool thing we saw on our little cruise through the cornfields.

Talk about an awesome tree! Look at how it's almost completely hollowed out yet stands strong and full of life! What a beautiful site. Now look closer. Is it me or do you see what appears to be a gargoyle inside the tree? The cache is not placed here but nearby.(Two trees South of this tree.) So when you make the trip out here, be sure to walk on over and get a good look for yourself. As for the cache, it's a fully decorated 50 cal ammo box. It's loaded with tons of swag for both adults and kids. To help us keep it stocked, please take something only if you plan on leaving something. We placed three travel bugs inside. If you take any of them please make sure you log them. Same goes for future cachers who plan on dropping and picking up bugs here. Inside the bag that contains the log is a FTF prize! At certain times of the day this street can be somewhat busy. Please be careful and try not to draw attention while retrieving the cache. Please replace and cover with natural camo in the area.
