This cache is the first in a series of "Boat Access" geocaches we are planning in the Hauser lake area. This is a plastic tub with a log book and a few items for you to enjoy.
Skip Rock Peninsula (aka Island) is a place on Hauser Lake that has tons of skip rocks and frogs. This area is only accessable by boat. Private land above the area makes this cache unaccessible by land.
A fun activity to add to this geocache is to find rocks in this area that are in the shape of a state. If you'd like to participate, when you find one write the name of the state on the rock then place it in the cache and cross off the name of the state on the map in the cache.
