Of course the title of this cache is tongue-in-cheek! I doubt there are any flights leaving from nearby that fly into Mexico. That being said some of the aviation activities that do take place at Lockhart Municipal Airport on a regular basis include flight instruction, pipeline patrol, military training, and recreational flying. The airport is also used for aerial application to crops by the Texas Boll Weevil Foundation.

Plenty of parking nearby, although be advised this is not on airport grounds. Do not attempt this from the airport!!! I have adopted this site from an older cache that has been archived if it sounds familiar to those of you from the area.

You might be lucky enough to watch a few small planes take off while grabbing this one, especially if it is a clear day!
