Off of westside road there is a parking area for the falls and spawning channel. A trail takes you down through the forests to the gorgeous Moses Falls that tumble down in a narrow forested canyon. There is also a road that goes down to the edge of the Columbia river but may not always be accessible by vehicle.
Best time is June and early July for massive water in the falls and in September when the Moses Creek Spawning Channel is visited by thousands of Kokanee and Dolly Varden, who come here to lay their eggs.
