Geocache Description:

The cache is to be found at Leigh Delamere services (eastbound) which is a motorway service station on the M4 motorway situated one mile west of Junction 17, between Bristol and Swindon (close to Chippenham and Malmesbury). It takes its name from the adjoining village of Leigh Delamere.

It opened in 1972 which is my year of birth!

If you are driving westbound there is a footbridge which links the two sides. Interestingly the eastbound side is ten years older and slightly larger than the westbound side. This is a nano cache which is the first of a series I hope to locate at various motorway service stations around the UK. This one is a simple cache and dash which you can actually see (once you know where it is) from the comfort of your car! It's on almost flat terrain and the fact it's a magnetic cache should provide another clue to it's whereabouts!
