Urban park cache in Prineville, Oregon. Should be ready to find all year long, elevation of 2875'.
Take a stroll across the Crooked River and see the new youth fishing pond and some of the city golf course. This area has had many caches (and still has a TB hotel) over the years, will need to re-hide well to make this one last.
