This is a nice park and you shouldn't have an issue with muggles
unless there is a game across the street. Some of the muggles park
near the cache.
You may be able to call this a park and grab.
If you need a hint take a look and once you get to the submarine
think where the part would go.
This park does have poison ivy and thorns. In addition you must
remember that this is a park and animals reside here. Since this is
so close to the street you shouldn't have an issue with them but
always remember that you are in their house. Please treat them with
respect.
