This series is placed to offset the number of guard rails that have a magnet stuck to them. Every cache in this series is placed close to a guard rail and you will be able to touch the rail while retrieving the cache. Sometimes on the rail, sometimes not. I'll bet you never have seen a guard rail cache like this before.
