Your looking for a small camoed lock and lock container. This one should be a quick find. Please practice CITO (cache in trash out) as you'll see others have not. The name of this cache is in reference to the amount of money it supposedly cost to put in this road. I heard the name when I was a kid and it just kind of stuck.
