Small dry bag filled with log book and goodies
Look for small dry bag in a tree on the trail. I have changed the terrain rating from 1 to 2 and the terrain to 3 based on feedback from a fellow who went out there to check the cache. The trail is hard pack with only slight elevation changes. There are no obstructions on the trail and it is well used by cyclists, hikers, and equestrians.
The issue is whether it is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users can certainly access the trail however getting to the cache is problematic because of the elevation. Even someone not in a wheelchair would have to be able to climb or use a second person or a bike or horse to get to where the cache is at.
