Start Transmission.

The Diamond Dalecarlian horse disappeared from the vault on the 18th of June 2010. We believe the notorious “Xrim” was able to steal our precious artifact when he moved from the city of Luleå to his new hiding place in the area around Hässleholm. We responded by sending Agent Y to retrieve the artifact but he disappeared 48h ago without a trace, we fear he might be killed in action.

However, we received an encrypted message just 1h ago, probably from Agent Y.

61 45 38 01 41 09 00 36 01 37 69 34 34 38 32 79 61 00 41 41 08 07 42 42 63 23 73 79 41 49 06 41 08 08 03 49

This suggests that Y has retrieved the artifact but is unable to complete his mission alone, he might be in trouble and is most likely in hiding. AGENT, your mission is to decrypt Y’s message and retrieve the stolen artifact. The artifact is a HVT and must be found at all costs. Mission risk is HIGH, use all means necessary and proceed with caution.
We found this among Y's notes, here at HQ: G. Möller, Hemlig skrift..., 1969, 80. This is the only clue we have. Other clues left behind by Y might be heavily concealed and protected. Good luck.

Closing connection...
End Transmission.

There is no need to disassemble anything or use force to find any of the clues. Put everything back EXACTLY as you found it otherwise you might expose the clues for other people or ruin the experience for your caching mates.

My number is available in the phone list, published on geocaching.se, if you need additional hints.
