Geocache Description:

Uneven terrain so strollers and bicycles will have to be left at your vehicle.
When approaching the Loop Rd. go counterclockwise. As road starts to turn left there is a small dirt parking area on roght that holds about six vehicles. Short trail begins here.

This is the true peninsula. The lighthouse gets all the glory and that area is fine and unique but here is where us gulls and cormorants, fishers, crabs, et al. thrive. Tide pools, bell buoy. The sights and sounds are special. Different every time.
