The Kuehkopf is a nature reservation. It's located near the Rhine, but on an old branch of the Rhine.
It was the Boxing Day, nearly nice wheater and we felt fed like the geese we ate the days before. So we wanted to smell fresh air and chose to walk a little bit. And what's the best thing to do when you'll take a walk? Simply hide a cache.
As a young girl I made a bicycle tour to the Kuehkopf, but during summer. These hungry little creatures living there were very fond of me. In these times I learned never go there again in warmer months, altough it's a beautiful location. So we created a winter cache.
The Kuehkopf is a nature reservation, based near the Rhine, but on an old branch of the Rhine. If you go there during spring, summer or autum, we highly recommend to take hard core insekt repellent with you (remember the critters there drink Autan for aperitive!). To find the cache, it is not necessary to step more then 1,5 m off the path. And the best time for hunting is in the morning or early evening, because there are many promenaders around.
Original content of the cache: 7 Modeling Balloons, Mechanical Pedometer, Tamagotchi (Remake), Pen with eraser, 3 1000 Lira Bills, Water Purification Tablets (8), Pack of water sealed matches (1), Chrome Fuel Lighter (empty), Sewing Kit, Refreshment Towel, 256KBIT EPROM, Key chain with Coin-like Attachment for Shopping Cart, 5 DM Jetton from Bad Homburg Casino, 500 Peseta Coin, 1 Swiss 2-Francs coin, 1 Finnish Crown coin, 1 200-Lira coin, 1 UK 1-Pound coin, 1 20-Pence coin, 1 500-Lira coin, 1 5-Guilders coin.
