I was delighted to discover Dividend Pond Open Space, a little slice of nature in the middle of suburbia. The main path is straight, wide and short, and the cache is placed maybe 75' from trail.
Park at N41* 38.586 and W072* 38.443.
The small container contains a few hiking goodies and an unactivated TB. Enjoy!
