Because of space and environment considerations (the concealment area consists of just a narrow band on two sides of the park), the cache is not actually in the park itself, but in the woods across Richlieu Rd. (look both ways before crossing). There is still a good view of the park. There is plenty of parking space in the park.
Please observe the dress code for my woods caches, which does not include shorts and sandals. Long pants and sturdy shoes are de rigueur. Speaking of sturdy shoes, I am morally obligated to inform you that a briar stuck me through my hiking shoe for the first time. As the Romans would say,"Cave prickerem".
The cache is a small food storage container with some trinkets and a prize for FTF. Speaking of FTF, I'm going to move out of the way now, so I don't get trampled by the FTF crowd.
