The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates. Do not go there. The listed coordinates are where the Westfield Airport was located before it succumbed to residential housing. Interestingly, the Westfield Airport was not actually located in Westfield ... neither is the cache.
The cache is in a public park near the listed coordinates. There is a lot of muggle activity in this park, so please re-hide the cache better than you found it.
