PÅ NORSK: For de fleste er Bykle bare et sted man passerer på vei nordover eller sørover gjennom Setesdalen.
OBS: Denne cachen kan være noe utfordrende å finne vinterstid med mye snø.
Stopp opp og nyt den fantastiske utsikten og de flotte bygningene! Huldreheimen er nylig restaurert og ble åpnet igjen sommeren 2010 for publikum.
Huldreheimen er et bygdetun samlet av dr. Anton Raabe og skuespillerinnen Tore Segelcke.
Allehusene er flyttet til stedet - tre bygg fra Bykle og tre fra Valle/Hylestad.
I borgerlig nasjonalromantisk ånd skapte de seg et ferieparadis, som de selv sa det - og ønsket samtidig å ta vare på gammel setesdalskultur som var i ferd med å forsvinne. Tunet er sånn sett ikke et gårdstun, men en samling av enkeltbygninger og -gjenstander.
Huldreheimen ble gitt i gave til Bykle kommune i 1948.
Huldreheimen består av:
* En årestue (ca 1500) fra Tveiten i Valle
* En stølsbu fra Heddestøyl i Finndalen, Valle
* Margisloptet(ca 1600) fra Jåro i Bykle
* Et stolpehus (ca 1600) fra Uppstad i Valle
* Et loft - Ryningsloptet (trolig 1300-1400)
* Et kvernhus (ca 1700) fra Nesland i Bykle
Huldreheimen er i dag et åpent, ubetjent og gratis friluftsmuseum.

IN ENGLISH: For most people, Bykle is just a place you passes on the way north- or southwards through Setesdalen.
NOTE: This cache can be a bit challenging to get during the winter with lots of snow...
Huldreheimen has recently been restored and was reopened to the public in the summer of 2010.
Huldreheimen is a museum collected by Dr. Anton Raabe and actress Tore Segelcke.
All the houses have been moved to the site - three buildings from Bykle and three from Valle / Hylestad.
In bourgeois national romantic spirit they created themselves a vacation paradise, as they said it - and the same time taking care of the old culture in Setesdal that was about to disappear.
Farmstead is in this sense not a farm, but a collection of individual buildings and objects.
Huldreheimen was donated to Bykle municipality in 1948.
Huldreheimen consists of:
