This is number 2 in this series. This one I wasn`t too sure I was going to survive. Happened in January on my way home from Belleville. I hit some black ice and traveled across the road and hit a parked cube Van ( delivery truck) that was illegally parked on the road. The police believed that if the van was parked off the road I may have missed him and ended up in the farmers field. However I didn`t miss him and hit the van Head on doing 80km. I sustained many injuries including a fractured neck and right femur. I lost my short term memory for close to 4years. When I was in hospital and they were operating on my leg, the interns thought that it would be cool to put my leg on backwards. So I could rotate my leg from the knee all the way around until my foot was facing backwards. It was a great party trick for about 2 yrs until the Doctors finally took me seriously when I said it didn`t feel normal. It wasn`t until I went back to them and showed them my party trick that they decided I wasn`t crazy, soon after I traveled to Toronto to have it re-broke and set once again and after learning how to walk again, I was back to myself. Only took 7 yrs and lots of physio therapy to get my life back. I can laugh about it now.! Just glad I am around to enjoy geocaching. So when you grab the cache, take a moment and ponder... How precious ones life can be. It sets off a chain of events that make up what your life is today.

AS REQUESTED, CONGRATULATIONS FOR "F.T.F." IS GRANTED TO COMAN123 AND HIS SON BUT ALSO TO ARRONHAYNES FOR STAYING HOME ! lol
